Shipping policy

Shipping: 

Once order is received, we try our best to dispatch the order next day. Any delay in the order dispatch will be notified. Orders are shipped and expected delivery date is in between 1 to 7 days within India depending on locations. Customers will receive delivery details via SMS & Email.

International (Outside India) – Shipped via reputed courier partners. Delivery expected within 7 to 10 days. Any delay will be notified.

Delivery Timeline: 

Orders are dispatched from Surat. General Delivery Timeline is as below:

* Surat generally takes 1 or 2 days. Get in touch for same day delivery in Surat.
* Metros generally take 3-5 days.
* Non-metros take 3-7 days depending on location.

We are very Punctual about Fast Service, and that’s why we keep almost everything in ready stock to dispatch. Ignore Electric Products if you want Fast Delivery, as air courier services do not allow them.

COD Orders: 

If COD is cancelled once, further COD orders wont be shipped for that person.

For All Cash on Delivery (Limited Pin codes Only) orders Call Confirmation is Compulsory. COD orders will be dispatch next day after you place the Order, Our Logistics team or courier partners, NEVER asks to make any payment for any order(s) before delivery. Don’t Pay on any Link for Cash on Delivery options if you get any Text Messages.

India: 

Free Shipping on Prepaid and COD orders.

International Orders: 

Use Paypal for payments.
COD Orders are not accepted.
